Hello, and welcome to my blog! I’m Charlotte, a 22 year old Personal Trainer, currently living in Dubai. Here’s a little bit about me…

I studied English Literature and French at King’s College University in London. Living in London for three years helped to nurture my passion for health and fitness, and at the end of my degree, I decided that the office life just wasn’t for me.

I’ve been a hyperactive fidget from a young age – so much so that my parents put me into a gymnastics class at the age of four, in the hope to calm me down! And that is where it all began.

From then on, I’ve been involved in high-level sport, competing in national standard gymnastics and athletics. I gained a number of national titles, and was fortunate enough to train in elite high-performance centres across the UK.

Over the years, I’ve accumulated a very diverse knowledge of the fitness industry, which I intend to share with you through the medium of this blog. My site includes tips on how to lead a healthy lifestyle, along with recipes, workout ideas and so much more.

My ambition is to spread the message that overall wellness is not the result of restriction and deprivation. A healthy lifestyle is one that is balanced, wholesome and active. And yes, that means it’s perfectly okay to treat yourself – just do so in moderation!

I really am a believer that good health brings happiness, and treating your body properly is the first step towards becoming the best possible version of yourself. I hope you enjoy my page as much as I love making it! Xxx
