I’m a Level 3, REPS Certified Personal Trainer, specialising in Strength and Conditioning and Pre/Post Natal exercise. I offer a variety of training options outlined below.

1-to-1 Personal Training: Old school, face-to-face sessions; for those who live locally to Suffolk/surrounding areas. I’m currently working at both Gilmour Piper Physiotherapy Clinic and Airborne Fit in Brightwell Barns. Individual and Group Training Options Available.

Online Coaching: Perfect for the individual who is willing to train, but unsure what they should be doing in the gym to optimise results. Also ideal for those of you that perhaps live a little further afar, so can’t commit to Personal Training.

1-to-1: An individualised, structured session plan focused on your weaknesses and personal goals. Nutrition guidance included, 24 hour Whatsapp/email communication. Check-ins throughout the duration of your programme, to keep you accountable.

Group Training: A perfectly rounded, progressive Group Training Programme, that focuses on all major movement patterns (push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge). All participants will follow the same programme. Facebook group to keep members accountable.
